You will be guided your weekly schedules & grocery lists, learning modules, and by filling out the food journal checklists each day to help you track your improvements, and to help us evaluate your improvements as well. You will discover the many aspects of health & wellness throughout this program, which includes: gut health, sleep routines, and more to help you achieve optimum health.
