How to Get Your Body Moving In The Morning


Everyday is a good day to stretch.

When you wake up in the morning, sit up in your bed and start moving your toes, feet, legs in a circular motion in both directions. Next, do the same thing with your fingers, hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders.

You should feel your body loosening up and feeling more awake.

Don’t forget your neck and back! Twist your back from left to right and then try to touch your toes! Rock your neck gently back and forth until you feel you are ready to get up.

After this routine, make sure to drink a big glass of water (with lemon), this will help wake up your body and help you feel energized for the day!
