My Favorite Green Smoothie

Watch this video to learn how to make one of the easiest and quickest Green Smoothies.

Ingredients:

-2 cups of spinach

-1/2 cup of yogurt (any kind)

-2 bananas

-1/4 cup of protein powder

-2 cups of almond milk

This should be enough for two people to have or you can have half of the smoothie in the morning and save the rest for an afternoon snack when you need another boost of energy.

You can add lots to this smoothie to make it more nutritious if you are looking for more healthy benefits rather than just a delicious taste!

-Chia Seeds

-Oats

-Cucumber

-Kale
