Peanut Butter Banana Coffee Smoothie


This smoothie is a great boost of energy if you have a long day ahead of you or if you are getting ready to go workout or even as a post-workout booster!

Ingredients:

-2-3 Bananas

-1 tbsp of Peanut Butter

-1/2 cup of Oats

-1/4 cup of Vanilla Protein Powder

-1 tsp of Cinnamon

-1/4 cup of Almond Milk

-1/2-1 cup of Brewed Coffee

You can substitute some of these ingredients if you have a preferred nut butter that you usually use. I use peanut butter for the protein and delicious taste!

Cinnamon, coffee, and peanut butter make this smoothie almost like a dessert, but the sweetness is only one positive side of this smoothie. You can combine your morning coffee into your breakfast and feel full because both the oats and peanut butter are filling, which will help you make it to lunch time without feeling drowsy!
